Heal Capital realises first major exit: Gleamer to RadNet

An AI medical-imaging realisation in one of the funds in which the Victoria Fund holds an interest — evidence of value being crystallised in our health-tech exposure.

What happened

RadNet, Inc. acquired Gleamer, a Paris-based radiology-AI company, for up to €230 million — approximately €215 million at closing plus a contingent €15 million tied to future milestones. Gleamer, with more than 130 staff and over 700 customer contracts across 44 countries, is being integrated into RadNet's DeepHealth digital-health segment.

The realisation represents Heal Capital's first significant exit. The Shackleton Secondaries Victoria Fund holds an interest in Heal Capital's Funds I and II through its holding in Heartbeat Labs.

Why it matters for Gorilla Tech Capital

This realisation matters to Gorilla Tech Capital because it demonstrates the capacity of the Victoria Fund's health-tech exposure to produce liquidity events at scale. A disciplined trade sale to a strategic acquirer, at a meaningful valuation, is exactly the outcome our secondary and fund-of-fund positions are constructed to capture.
