IndiGo selects Bluebox for next-generation in-flight experience
A marquee customer win with India's largest airline — line-fit from the factory, a first for an Indian carrier.
What happened
IndiGo selected Bluebox Aviation Systems to deliver a next-generation digital in-flight experience, powered by Bluebox's Blueview modular services platform. The system is integrated as a line-fit solution on Airbus' Open Software Platform on IndiGo's incoming Airbus A321XLR fleet — making IndiGo India's first airline to do so, with the service available from each aircraft's first flight and no retrofit required.
Passengers access entertainment, an interactive moving map and branded services on their own devices.
