1. About this policy

This policy explains how Gorilla Tech Capital Limited (“Gorilla Tech Capital”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar storage and access technologies on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR), as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, regulate the storing of information on, and access to information from, a user’s device. Where the use of these technologies involves personal data, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 also apply.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on a device when a website is used. PECR also applies more broadly to technologies that store information on, or access information from, a user’s device, such as web storage, scripts, tags and similar technologies. In this policy, references to “cookies” include these technologies where relevant.

4. Consent and exceptions

PECR generally requires prior consent before a website stores information on, or accesses information from, a user’s device unless a statutory exception applies. For example, consent is not required where a technology is strictly necessary to provide a service that the user has requested, provided the relevant legal conditions are met.
Our cookie banner provides Accept, Deny and Manage options. Any non-essential technology that requires consent must remain off unless and until the user gives a valid choice. Rejecting optional technologies must be as easy as accepting them, and users must be able to change or withdraw their choices at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the website footer.

5. Your choices

  • Use the cookie banner to Accept, Deny or Manage optional technologies. Analytics cookies help us understand how our website is used and are only activated with your consent. Until you select “Accept”, we will only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function. If you select “Deny”, or do not make a selection, no analytics or other optional cookies will be set.
  • Some cookies are always active because they are strictly necessary for the website to function. For example, they may be used to remember your visitor type and to help protect our “Send us a message” forms from spam and abuse.
  • Use the Cookie Settings link in the website footer at any time to review or change your choices.
  • Use your browser settings to delete or block cookies.

6. ” Send us a message” form

We do not use cookies to collect the information that a visitor types into the “Send us a message” form. The information entered in that form is collected only when the visitor chooses to submit it. How we use, store and protect information submitted through the form is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The form is protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process limited technical information associated with the user’s device or connection for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Our use of Cloudflare is not for advertising or cross-site tracking by Gorilla Tech Capital.

7. Third-party technologies

Where a third-party technology is used, the third party may process information in accordance with its own terms and privacy information. We review third-party technologies used on this website and aim to limit them to what is necessary for the stated purpose. Our Privacy Policy provides further information about recipients and service providers where personal data is involved.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the technologies used by the website, their purposes, providers or retention periods change, or if applicable law or regulatory guidance changes. The revised policy will be posted on this website and will apply to your use of the website from the date indicated as the “Last updated” date, unless otherwise stated. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes.
