Gorilla Tech Capital (GTC) is the wholly-owned, regulated investment arm of Gorilla Technology Group. We facilitate institutional capital deployment into AI-adjacent and smart-infrastructure projects.

GTC was established on the regulated foundation of Shackleton Finance Limited, a UK Alternative Investment Fund Manager authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Following its acquisition by Gorilla Technology Group, the firm operates as Gorilla’s dedicated capital platform.

Our role within the Group is to mobilise long-term, professional capital into the digital infrastructure that Gorilla’s technology business helps to originate and deliver — including AI data centres, GPU-as-a-Service deployments, sovereign and national digital infrastructure, and adjacent assets. For the Group, this provides a route to fund a growing project pipeline with long-term institutional capital, alongside traditional project finance and strategic partnerships.
